I restrict web surfing (setup browsing time during the lunch only) with help of Ez Internet Timer. It has even the ability to set browsing and messaging timers separately from emails. This company has another application for monitoring Internet usage called Ez Parental Control. You can take control on what is running on employee PC. Easily block any program (games, messengers, web browsers) you don't want to execute on a computer of your employee PC.
